Naomi was one of our longest enrichment training scholarship recipients starting the program in 2017. She was very special, a true one of a kind. A survivor of a heartbreaking past, she never stopped wagging her tail and had a zest for life. She excelled in the agility ring but her true love was in the pool. When she stepped in the pool with Ms. Kathy, she transformed into a "mermaid". She had speed, and perfect execution of each stroke. Each session not only provided great exercise but renewed her spirit and calmed her mind. She smiled from ear to ear and soaked up the love. Since Naomi started, she quickly built a team of support near and far.
